Restorative Yoga Teachers
Kellee, a registered yoga teacher with 4 years teaching experience. I teach weekly classes at studios around the Sunshine Coast, hold regular workshops and run weekend & one day retreats.
I teach a wide range of yoga, vinyasa, power, gentle, mindfulness meditation and kids yoga - but my specialty (and favourite) is Restorative Yoga. I find in our often busy and fast paced lives, we rarely have time to slow down and truly relax, Restorative yoga is a beautiful way to find a deep state of rest and for the body and mind, it is gentle and calming and so beneficial.
Sarah is a qualified Hatha yoga teacher. Her journey with yoga has been and continues to be one of discovery.
Discovery of the power of yoga and what it can offer to the body, mind and soul of anyone willing to let go of the expectations and limitations that we so often place upon ourselves. ‘Teaching yoga has been a gift to me. The gift of being able to offer people of all ages and stages the help and support to strengthen the physical body, relax and nurture the emotional mind and tune into the healing powers of the breath.”
Rowena has a unique mix of skills and experience. She naturally bridges the space that can exist between the art of meditation and the science that underlies the mind-body connection and beyond.
She has two degrees - one in Science (Biochemistry) and the other in Medicine. She has filled many roles, including working as a doctor in the Australian healthcare system for 8 years.
Rowena began meditating in her 20's since discovering its benefits during her own health crisis. She was certified as a meditation teacher by the Synchronicity Foundation, VA, USA in 2012. She completed training in breathwork in 2013. At the beginning of 2014 she moved to Queensland when she began regular classes and courses in meditation. She also offers breathwork sessions and has run a variety of workshops and retreats.
